We can all be calm and serene while listening to the sounds of nature or while meditating in solitude on a mountaintop. However, that’s not how life usually works. Most of the time we are involved in relationships, and things can get a little rocky at times. If all of our relationships were peaceful and we could communicate our needs clearly and effectively, we could wipe out at least half of our problems. But again, that’s not typically how it works. In this course, you will learn several healthy communication strategies, including how to set healthy boundaries so you can respect yourself AND stay connected to the people that matter to you most.

 

This mini course may be short (each lesson takes 30-60 minutes), but it can have a HUGE impact on your life. This course will help you learn how to say what you need to say without creating drama or extra stress in your life, as well as learn to recognize some of the unhealthy communication strategies you’ve been using. You will also learn several healthy communication strategies, including how to set healthy boundaries without shutting out or disconnecting from the people that matter to you.
